Registration Flow Refresh
A major UX/UI refresh for session registration, registration management, and session discovery. This update introduces a cleaner registration page, improved squad selection, better mobile actions, refreshed session cards, and several fixes around registration state and public club pages.
- Redesigned the session registration flow with a clearer step-based layout for competitor details, squad selection, and additional information.
- Rebuilt the registration management experience so registered users can review their current squad, switch squads, or cancel their registration from a dedicated flow.
- Added improved squad selection cards with live squad member visibility, availability counts, current squad indicators, and clearer selected states.
- Refreshed the session card design with a more visual full-image layout, improved gradients, better responsive behavior, and shared action button logic.
- Added smarter session card actions that reflect the user’s registration state, including register, manage registration, and waitlist-related states.
- Improved public club session handling so logged-out users can view sessions while logged-in users can also see their own registration status.
- Improved registration form validation and error display, including better support for dynamic extra fields using the shared field error components.
- Added pending and optimistic UI behavior for registration changes, squad switching, and registration cancellation.
- Fixed several registration-state edge cases caused by stale server props, realtime cache updates, and mismatched registration/session identifiers.
Club Announcements are now available
Velox now includes a dedicated announcements system, giving clubs a clearer way to communicate important updates to members and session participants.
- Create and publish club-wide announcements from the admin dashboard.
- Send session-specific announcements to registered shooters.
- Choose whether session announcements should reach all registered shooters, confirmed shooters, or waitlisted shooters.
- Save announcements as drafts and continue editing before publishing.
- Update published announcements and optionally notify members about important changes.
- Members receive in-app notifications when relevant announcements are published or updated.
- Announcement pages now include club branding, published/updated timestamps, and related session details where applicable.
- Access rules ensure announcements are only shown to the right members, participants, coaches, and admins.
